Audit and baseline
Account, creative, and measurement audit. Establish the pre-Neon baseline, event mapping, and the metrics we'll be judged on.
Days 31-60
Close the loop
Stand up creative volume, fix signal and attribution, and connect media, measurement, and budget into one operating loop.
Days 61-90
Prove and scale
Incrementality read on what's working, cut what isn't, and move budget to the highest-confidence paths.
04Measurement and accountability
We report in the language finance uses, and tie spend to business outcomes, not platform-reported ROAS alone. Every result is measured against the pre-Neon baseline.

Works within your governance
We operate inside your data-sharing, access, and approval requirements: least-privilege platform access, documented data handling, and MSAs/NDAs in place before any data moves. We complete your security review and data-processing addendum as part of onboarding.
Brand-safe by default
Creative and placements follow your brand and compliance guidelines, with named approval gates for regulated categories and a documented review step before anything goes live.
